Here at Boom, we are here to help you! We have received feedback from sellers to help bridge a connection between the sales data on our site and external marketplaces, like TPT.
We have added an optional Custom Product ID you can use to connect your sales in Boom and other marketplaces for your personal records.
Enter into the Custom Product ID box any identifier that helps you match what you sell on Boom to what you sell on external marketplaces. If you sell on more than one external marketplace, you will need to enter the identifiers with commas.
Add A Custom Product ID to a Deck
Go to your Deck in your Studio=> See Deck Details=> visit the TPT/OTHER Tab=> Enter the Product ID provided from the external marketplace it is listed in.
Add a Custom Product ID to a Bundle
Go to your Bundle from your Studio => scroll to the bottom of the page, under 3rd Party URLs => enter the Product ID provided from the external marketplace it is listed in.
When a Deck or bundle is purchased from an external Marketplace the Custom Product ID will be found in your Sales by Product chart, shown circled in yellow below.
When exporting your sales data to a spreadsheet, as described in the TPT - What Should I Do? FAQ you can use the Custom Product ID to help properly identify your sold items, if you have different titled listings in other marketplaces.
