Welcome. Let's get you started with redeeming your purchase from a site that is not Boom Learning. (Did you know your Publisher earns more if you buy direct at Boom Learning?)

Find Your Redemption Files

1. Open the files you purchased or downloaded from the third-party marketplace.

There may be more than 1redemption file included in your download.

If you purchased a bundle - find the one-click bundle redemption link. If the product was made using the TPT bundle tool - DO NOT click each individual file link to redeem your bundle. Instead, locate the bundle file starting with the word “BONUS.” You will find the one-click bundle redemption link within this file.

2. Click the redemption links in the file.

Clicking the link start the external redemption process. First it will take you to the Boom App. Then it will prompt you to create a new account or sign in to the Boom account you wish to redeem to. You may only redeem the product once to a single account.

Complete the Redemption Confirmation

Everything you enter on this page is shared with the Publisher. It is important to enter accurate information. Failure to do so may result in your external redemption being removed from your Library.

Where did you buy these Boom Cards - enter the third-party marketplace or website where you purchased the Boom Cards or the method by which you received them (such as TPT, Mieux Ensigneur, the name of subscription, Pinterest post, publisher email, etc). Be detailed. If you obtain the product from TPT enter one of

  1. TPT for purchases,
  2. TPT School Access for TPT School Access redemptions, or
  3. TPT Flex for Flex program redemptions.

Please note that TPT School Access acquired items can only be redeemed during an active and paid TPT School Access license term. If your TPT School Access account has expired, you may not redeem an item obtained using TPT School Access.

When did you buy them- is the date of purchase found on your receipt. If it was not a purchase, enter the date you clicked on the social post or the link from the seller. For purchases you must provide the date on the receipt.

Order Number or Redemption Code - Your order number is on your receipt. Please include only the Order Number. Omit # or the word Order. For more information read: Where do I find my order number for external marketplace purchases? Entering the order number is required. You may only enter free or freebie if no receipt was issued.

Finding Your Files

If you have already walked through the redemption process, click Library. Your redeemed decks should be there; please be sure to check the "Purchased Unfoldered" folder or use the search bar to look for a specific title. If you get an error that you have already received the promotion - it means you have already successfully redeemed the item and it is waiting for you in your Library.

Still stuck? Forward your purchased download and your proof of purchase to us via the Help Center and we'll help you out.

Don't Share External Redemption Files

External redemptions that cannot be validated are subject to removal. You may only redeem the product once to a single account. You may not redeem the product to multiple accounts. Making unlicensed external redemptions will result in your account being barred from making redemptions of products purchase from third-party marketplaces.

We share your proof of purchase, name, and redemption date with the Publisher, and, if necessary, the external marketplace, for integrity purposes. As stated in our Terms of Service, by making an external redemption, you are consenting to us sharing your information with the Publisher and third-party marketplace. Information we can share can include all date information, your full name, address, and contact information, and any other information we need to share to validate that your redemption is valid.

Redemption Disputes

External Redemptions are subject to validation. If you submit incorrect or incomplete information, your Publisher may ask you for more information to validate a purchase. Until the requested information is provided, your External Redemptions will be blocked.

If you receive a message that a redemption has been disputed - please follow our instruction here to resolve.

Trouble Redeeming

If you received an error when you tried redeeming your purchase, please contact the seller in the external marketplace for assistance. If the seller is unable to assist with the error, you will need to contact the external marketplace's customer service to receive a refund.
