This article covers how managers of School Dashboard accounts can submit estimate requests for add-on purchases of memberships and points.


Purchase Additional Memberships


Additional memberships can be purchased at any time from inside your school dashboard.


First, request a new estimate for your school. Login to your Admin account, and from the school dashboard, click on the "subscription" tab.


You'll be able to view all your past quotes at the bottom of this page, so you can refer back to your prior order if you'd like, but are not limited to the prior number of memberships or points packages. 


To purchase additional Memberships, simply click on the blue "Request New Estimate":



This will take you to the Estimate Builder and look similar to when you requested your initial estimate.


Enter the number of additional teachers and students and follow the prompts to submit your request. Submit the estimate once you are happy with it, and an agent will review your request.  



An important note about expiration dates for add-on purchases:


We understand that sometimes, it may be necessary to purchase additional memberships during your membership term. We want to make things easy and convenient for your purchase and your renewal process.

In the event that an add-on membership or memberships are purchased within the first 3 months of you current membership period, those memberships automatically inherit the current school expiration date. This means that all teachers will have the same membership expiration date, making for a smoother renewal process. No action is required on your part, other than the assignment of a membership to your new users.

Occasionally, a school may need to purchase additional memberships further into their membership period. Upon request, we can adjust the expiration dates of your new memberships to 1 year from the most recent purchase date. This means that your school will have two different expiration dates. When the next membership expiration date arises, you will be required to standardize your expiration dates. We can facilitate a pro-rated invoice for this.

Purchase Additional Points


Additional points can be purchased at any time from inside your school dashboard.

First, request a new estimate for your school. Login to your Admin account, and from the school dashboard, click on the "subscription" tab.


 

You'll be able to view all your past quotes at the bottom of this page, so you can refer back to your prior order if you'd like, but are not limited to the prior number of memberships or points packages.


To purchase additional Points, simply click on the blue "Request New Estimate":


 

This will take you to the Estimate Builder and look similar to when you requested your initial estimate. 


To request points without memberships, click the blue "Skip this step, I only need points" button to be taken directly to the points order page.



Submit the estimate once you are happy with it, and an agent will review your request.
