At Donors Choose, you can request for support for a Boom Learning order by using the Special Request process.


If you are planning to use Donors Choose to pay for a membership and/or points, please send us an email at sales@boomlearning.com and include the following information:

  • Your name and address
  • An itemized list of all the products you wish to purchase
    • Number of memberships
    • Membership plan(s)
    • Number of points packages


We will create an invoice directly on your Boom account that you can attach to your Donors Choose request.

To find the invoice on your account, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Membership tab of your Account Settings
  2. Scroll down to the Payment Requests section
  3. Click on the "View Invoice" button
  4. Click on "Print"
  5. Save it as a PDF

Donors Choose can make a check out to Omega Labs Inc. dba Boom Learning and mail it to:

Once we receive payment, we will fulfill your order and apply the purchased membership (and points, if any) to your Boom account.

If you have already completed the above process and have not received your order, please email us at sales@boomlearning.com and include the Donors Choose check number, the date it was mailed from Donors Choose, as well as the date the check was cashed, if applicable.
