Your purchasing records are found here: https://wow.boomlearning.com/settings/tabSubscription. This will list all decks redeemed, points purchases, and membership purchases. This is your statement.
The credit card items are clickable links to a more detailed receipt. PayPal does not support this feature of online merchant receipts, but if you log into PayPal you can get a receipt in your account.
For card & paypal purchases, you will also get an emailed receipt directly from the payment service.
If you are unable to find a record of a purchase you are "positive" you made, it is possible you made that purchase in a different account. You can email us to help you find it. If you include the email copy of your receipt, that will help us track down an accidental account under a different email address.
