Boom Learning Support

I have had this problem for a couple of years. I post a 25 card deck and it only shows some kids 20 of them and others 25. None are hidden. In the report it says they had 25 but I've verified in their history of playing that they only got 20. It's making scoring hard. Why might it be doing this?

Some things show that he had 20 and some say 25. I have verified it is indeed 20 though when he should have had 25

I am having the same issue. I can't use these for assessments at all. 

Same issue here...  I have a deck of 56.  Some kids get all of them, some get 20, numbers are totally out of whack.
