Presentation Mode and Prep Mode will be replacing our previous Preview Mode

TABLE OF CONTENTS

What is Prep Mode?

Prep mode is the Mode intended to allow teachers to view the deck they are preparing to assign. In this mode you can review the deck and hide cards to prepare for a class or session.

When in this mode the deck's randomization will be turned off and there will be a watermark as this mode should not be used with learners.

If you want to use your decks with your students without a Watermark, you can use Presentation Mode (this will function like our current preview) or a Fast Pin.

What is Presentation Mode?

Presentation mode is the mode most similar to our old Preview mode. This mode will allow you to "Present" your deck to Learners and collect the play data.

This mode will reflect any Custom Play Settings chosen before the mode is initiated as well as reflect randomization settings set by you or the author of the deck.

Where to find Play Data from Presentation Mode?

You can find Play Data collected during Presentation mode in your Reports. You can find all of the Play Data from Presentation mode under the Classrooms & Categories drop down menu, shown below.

Play data is logged during the session. Users with a paid subscription can save the report for Presentation plays for one or multiple students at the end of each completed play. Starter accounts do not have access to the logged data. Stored data is subject to our standard deletion policies described in our Information Security Plan.

If your membership expires all data collected using Presentation mode will not be accessible.
